Idag har Tenzing, Sherpa och jag cyklat från en vän till en annan i solskenet. Flera har hört av sig och hejat på nätet och via telefonen, fantastiskt! Rikedom är sanerligen inte pengar utan att ha underbara människor och genuina vänner omkring sig. Så även om turen från Borlänge till Mora var fin så var det idag detta som gjorde mest intryck. Tack!

Borlänge – Starten!
Jag fick sova hos Marie natten till udag och fick en god och stärkande middag. Och imorse fixade hon en grym frukost fullmatad med allt en äventyrare gillar. Ägg, bacon, rostat bröd, juice och kaffe. Mycket kaffe. 

Frukost

Därefter åkte vi till hennes kontor, Skaninavisk Hälsovård, där Tenzing, Sherpa och all utrustning fått spendera natten. Fortfarande ett femton spel att packa vagnen, men det går bättre för var dag och gång. Ca 09:40 tog jag första tramptaget och vinkade adjö till Marie. Vilken bra start och det var bara början på dagen.

Djurås – Adventure Academy reunion!
Jag har haft förmånen att vara instruktör på Adventure Academy de senaste två åren för två härliga klasser och gick den själv 2014 med ett härligt gäng. En av årets deltagare, Frida benedict, ringde mig häromdagen och vi bestämde att mötas upp i Djurås. Så kul att se när hon kom cyklande på andra sidan vägen leendes som bara hon kan.

I Djurås nere vid Österdalälven bjöd Frida på lunch med smörgåstårta, pastasallad, godis och läsk. Så gott! Sen slog vi följe ett tag innan hon vek av hemåt igen till sina föräldrar. Men kul hade vi verkligen och hann prata om det mesta kring cykeläventyr och lite planering uppe i Kiruna när jag kommit så långt. Efter att hon vikt av så cyklade jag vidare via leksand och till Rättvik för nästa besök.

Peter och Fredrik, Knoll och Tott
Jag lörde känna Peter på en coach-utbildning och vi fann varandra direkt. Vet inte hur det började, men vi vart kända som Knoll och Tott. Sen dess har vi hitat på saker i olika sammanhang, men kanske mest kring cykel. Så när Peter bjöd in mig till fika i Rättvik så var det ingen svårt val.

Familjen Hampus

Jag var lite trött när jag kom fra, hade gått tom på sportdryck och inte tagit någon energi sen efter jag åt med Frida. Men Peter hade förberett en återhämtnngsdryck, espresso, yogurt med blåbär och honung samt bananer. Sen satt vi och pratade ikapp och om roliga äbentyr med just cykel.

Rikedom är sannerligen att ha bra vänner
Riktigt roligt att få träffa vänner på tre helt olika platser under dagens etapp.

Cyklade iväg sista biten mot Mora från Rättvik med inte bara bra energi i kroppen utan med ett brett leende från idag med Marie, Frida och Familjen Hampus. Tack för en fantastisk dag och tack alla ni som peppar via olika kanaler. Namasté!
