Jag står högst uppe på toppen, känner blodet rusa, hjärtat slå och pulsen sakta sjunka i takt med att solens sista strålar försvinner ner bakom bergstopparna. Jag är så tacksam att jag vågat gå över den där linjen när trötthet och utmattning blir till en styrka och bedrift. Där de får känna sig oövervinnerliga då de upptäcker sin egna kropp och kapacitet. Men istället visas de rosa skyarna på en skärm, de enda hjärtslag man känner är pulsen från musiken och ljud. Jag förstår att man blir rädd för mjölksyra då. Jag förstår att man blir bekväm då man får alla känslor och intryck serverade med ett knapptryck.

När månen sakta reser sig över den blåa himlen som övergått till mörk börjar färden utför. Jag känner vinddraget i håret, kylan bita i kinderna och fartens påtagliga kraft i benen. Jag är en superhjälte mer verkligen än något spel kan vara. Jag är mer i stunden än någon annan stans. Går inte att fly utan bara lyfta blicken, parera hinder och följa pannlampans sken. Känna hjärtat ännu en gång öka takten och när färden ner är avslutad stänger jag av pannlampan, låter mörkret lägga in skrud om mig och önskar innerligt att alla människor skulle få uppleva den vekliga rosa himlen, det äkta adrenalinpåslaget och det varmt bultande hjärtat.
